Netflix has announced that the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer “Animal” is set to start streaming on their platform from January 26. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film features a star-studded cast including Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri.

Despite facing criticism for its portrayal of women, misogyny, and graphic violence, “Animal,” which initially hit theaters on December 1, managed to become one of the highest-earning Hindi films of 2023.
Expressing his excitement about the digital premiere on Netflix, Ranbir Kapoor stated, “We are absolutely overjoyed by the response ‘Animal’ received in theaters, and now I am glad that audiences worldwide will get a chance to watch it in the comfort of their homes. The opportunity to showcase our work globally is truly special.”
In addition to Hindi, “Animal” will be available on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
The film, described by the streaming platform as an action drama, explores “the intricacies of modern-day relationships, focusing on the dynamics between a father and son,” played by Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor.
“Animal” is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani, and Pranay Reddy Vanga. As the anticipation builds for its digital release, fans worldwide can soon experience the intense and gripping narrative of “Animal” from the comfort of their homes.
