Hyundai has introduced the revamped edition of its popular Creta model, commencing at Rs 11 lakh for the basic E petrol-manual variant and reaching up to Rs 20 lakh for the top-of-the-line SX(O) diesel-automatic version. These initial prices are for the market launch, and the 2024 Creta facelift offers a choice of 19 different versions, thanks to five distinctive engine and transmission combinations.
The updated Creta comes with a slightly higher price tag compared to its predecessor, with an increase of Rs 13,000 for the entry-level model and Rs 80,000 for the premium variant. Nonetheless, it maintains its competitive pricing within the segment.

The exterior of the 2024 Creta undergoes a complete redesign, featuring a larger grille and a fresh lighting arrangement incorporating LED daytime running lights, sequential indicators, and a light bar above the grille. The primary quad-LED headlights now sit lower on the bumper. The rear end receives angular updates, showcasing full LED tail lights, a full-width LED light bar, and a new bumper. The side profile sees the only alteration in the form of new alloy wheels.

Inside, the Hyundai Creta boasts a new dashboard equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen that seamlessly integrates with the new 10.25-inch digital driver display borrowed from the Alcazar model. The screen offers three themes and can display footage from the blind-view monitor when the indicator is activated. The redesigned center console now incorporates controls for the new dual-zone climate control system. The interior also introduces lighter colors and copper details.
The rear cabin largely maintains its previous design, with the addition of new USB Type-C charging points. The boot volume remains consistent at 433 liters.

The Creta continues to impress with its features, including a powered driver’s seat, dual-zone climate control, an onboard air purifier, an electronic parking brake, adjustable rear seat backrests, rear seat headrest pillows, and rear sunshades. The tech suite comprises a 10.25-inch digital display, a touchscreen supporting 12 regional languages, a new 360-degree camera, and an outstanding Bose sound system. The car also incorporates connected tech features such as a new Jio Saavn music streaming app and the ability to remotely monitor your car through the eSIM-based setup.
Safety Features in Creta 2024
Safety upgrades in the new Creta include standard six airbags across all models and radar and camera-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in higher-spec models. The ADAS suite includes 19 functions like auto emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, and lane keep assist. Hyundai also claims to have reinforced the body shell at critical points for enhanced crash protection.
