In a candid interview with The Week, the actor expressed how Katrina is more inclined towards vegetarianism compared to him and relishes uncomplicated meals.

Vicky admitted that his culinary skills are rather limited. Apart from brewing a good cup of tea and handling some eggs, he confessed to having no prowess in the kitchen. He humorously mentioned picking up these basic skills during quarantine, spurred by long nights of movie marathons. He also highlighted his brother Sunny’s culinary expertise, acknowledging their close bond and mutual respect.
Delving into the dynamics of their household, Vicky shared his mother’s delight in Katrina’s food choices. He revealed how Katrina’s preference for simple vegetarian fare, like apple gourd, beans, and ridge gourd, brings joy to his mother. Vicky humorously narrated his mother’s satisfaction, remarking, “All my life I have been trying to get these boys to eat tinde, beans, and turai, and now I have a daughter-in-law who eats these every day.”
