Nothing Phone 2a Launched at Price of Rs 23,999

Today, Nothing launched its latest smartphone, the Nothing Phone 2a, in India, marking its global debut in the country. Priced competitively at a starting point of Rs 23,999, the phone is set to rival popular models like the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Poco X6, and will be available for purchase on Flipkart.

The Nothing Phone 2a boasts Nothing’s signature transparent design and is available in two sleek color options – black and white.

Running on Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.5, the phone features the distinctive glyph interface, providing a unique user experience.

Additionally, Nothing has partnered with HDFC Bank, offering credit and debit cardholders a special Rs 2,000 discount. This means the starting price for eligible customers can be as low as Rs 21,999.

Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, the Phone 2a provides up to 12GB of RAM. An 8GB RAM booster further enhances the total RAM to an impressive 20GB. The phone features a dual-camera setup at the back:

For selfies, the Phone 2a is equipped with a 32MP front camera, similar to the one used in the Nothing Phone 2.

Display and Battery:

The device sports a 6.7-inch flexible AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. With the thinnest bezels in Nothing’s smartphone lineup (2.1mm on all four sides), the Phone 2a offers an immersive viewing experience. Powering the smartphone is a 5,000mAh battery, supporting 45W fast charging. However, it’s worth noting that the phone doesn’t include a charging brick in the box.
