How to Use USSD Codes
- Open your phone’s dialer.
- Dial the Jio Balance Check Code, such as *333#.
- Your balance will be displayed on the screen.
Method 2: Check Balance Through SMS/Missed Call
You can also check your balance and validity through SMS or a missed call.
- Missed Call: Dial 1299. The call will disconnect automatically, and you will receive an SMS with your balance details.
- SMS: Type MBAL and send it to 55333. You will receive a text with details about your plan, data usage, SMS usage, recharge balance, and plan expiry date.
Prepaid and Postpaid Differences
- Postpaid Users: Send “BILL” to 199 to check your bill amount.
