Maxtern took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle to share his side of the story, claiming that Elvish Yadav had threatened to kill him. In a subsequent tweet, Maxtern mentioned that he was alone when Elvish, accompanied by a group of associates, confronted and physically assaulted him. The video captures Elvish slapping, kicking, and brutally beating Maxtern.
Filing a police complaint against Elvish Yadav, Maxtern alleged that the YouTuber attempted to break his spine during the attack, with the intention of causing permanent physical disability. Maxtern expressed shock as he initially believed the meeting with Elvish would be a verbal discussion.
The dispute reportedly originated from Maxtern’s comments about YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant’s meeting with Munawar Faruqui. The exchange escalated into a violent confrontation, leading to Maxtern sustaining injuries.

Elvish Yadav was questioned on November 7, 2023, regarding the case but later released a video statement denying all allegations, claiming they were baseless and lacked evidence. The situation remains tense as the fallout from this altercation continues to unfold.
